Job description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics, Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee logistics operations, warehouse management, and inventory control activities. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient material movement, inventory accuracy, warehouse optimization, compliance, and team leadership to support operational excellence.


  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and material movement activities.
  • Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, dispatch, and stock control.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP system management.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory aging, and critical material availability.
  • Implement and maintain logistics, warehouse, and inventory control procedures and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE standards, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams.


Skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, supply chain operations, or material management.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably managing warehouse, logistics, or inventory teams.
  • Strong experience in material movement, warehouse operations, stock accuracy, receiving, issuing, dispatch, and reconciliation activities.
  • Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, drilling fluids, or industrial services is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE requirements related to warehouse and material handling activities.
  • Ability to lead teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support business continuity.
  • Strong reporting, follow-up, problem-solving, and operational control skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
