Responsibilities
· Develops an understanding of entire range of vehicles and provide customers with detailed information and demonstration.
· Takes potential customer out for test drive.
· Provides customers with financial rates and availability of vehicle.
· Provides customer, where required, with best and easy installment methods
· Closes the sale and advice customers of their administrative contact and ensure that all paper work is complete in preparation for vendors.
· Maintains customer satisfaction level and prospect new customers
· Achieves sales objective and contribute to the profitability of business
· Maintains high level of customer services
· Ensures that all brand related trainings are completed successfully and required certifications are achieved as per brand standards.
· Adheres to all the internal and external brand audit criteria as specified by the management and principals.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, local or int'l standards, if applicable and manufacturer directions/guidelines
