Job Summary
This position main duty is centred around ensuring that properties supervision requirements are met through the application of an organized procedure and maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.

Operational:
1. Conduct Property Site Visits
2. Submit Monthly Reports for Site Visits
3.Review Rental Contracts and Update Whenever Needed
4.Conduct Periodic Area & Property Surveys
Skills
7–8 years of experience in Real Estate-Mena
Relevant Bachelors Degree Required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of Excel to prepare reports
Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
Males Preferred
