What You Will Do
- Lead, train, and supervise the Banquet team to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate and oversee banquet operations, including VIP events and special functions.
- Prepare staff schedules while maintaining labor cost guidelines.
- Ensure proper event setup, service execution, and smooth coordination with Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Communicate directly with event hosts to ensure all function requirements are met successfully.
- Monitor team performance, professionalism, grooming, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
- Handle banquet administration, including payroll, gratuity reports, and banquet checks.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support operational requirements as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper care of banquet equipment and operational areas.
- Respond professionally to hotel emergencies and operational challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel environment in the Middle East.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Due to the nature of the role and operational requirements involving ladies weddings, preference will be given to female candidates.
