Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents and delays.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including stock audits and reconciliations, to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to schedule timely deliveries and pickups, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid educational foundation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CLTD, showcasing commitment to professional development in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of effective leadership and staff development.
