Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Assess patient conditions, document observations, and promptly communicate changes in status to the healthcare team, facilitating proactive interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, promoting optimal recovery and patient-centered care.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients and their families, fostering a trusting and supportive environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited nursing program.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• General Nursing and Midwifery.

• Transferable Visa 18

• GNM or BSc

• Preferably available in Kuwait

• Prometric Passed

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to make sound clinical judgments.

• Proficient in IV insertion, medication administration, and other nursing procedures, ensuring patient safety.
