CNC Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines according to engineering drawings, ensuring the production of precise parts that meet specifications, while adhering to quality and safety standards, achieving high operational efficiency, and minimizing waste and errors.
Skills
Proficiency in operating and adjusting CNC machines (Turning / Milling)
Reading and analyzing engineering drawings accurately
Familiarity with control systems (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas)
Selecting appropriate tools and cutting speeds
Using measuring tools (Vernier / Micrometer) with high precision
Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly
Adhering to quality standards and minimizing scrap rates
Discipline in work and ability to handle production pressure
