Responsibilities:

1. Execute daily transportation operations for orders from the restaurant to customers using appropriate vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service.
2. Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and suitable for driving, including regular checks on oil, water, and tires.
3. Maintain effective communication with the restaurant team to ensure proper coordination between orders and delivery, enhancing the customer experience.
4. Provide excellent customer service during order deliveries, ensuring professionalism and expertise to enhance the brand's reputation.
5. Monitor traffic and weather conditions to determine the best routes to minimize delivery time and increase efficiency.
6. Record all delivery details accurately, including timings and customer notes, to ensure effective communication with management.
7. Assist in loading and unloading orders at the restaurant, requiring the ability to lift weights and handle food items safely.
8. Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of drivers, passengers, and vehicles.
