Job Summary:

Responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and yard. Ensures proper storage, handling, and organization of materials while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift (including up to 30 Ton capacity) to load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Transport, stack, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify materials against loading/release orders to ensure correct quantity and specifications.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials from suppliers.
• Report damaged or non-conforming materials to supervisors.
• Ensure proper packaging, wrapping, and securing of loads.
• Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring aisles, fire exits, and safety zones are clear.
• Stack and manage empty pallets, drums, and packaging materials in designated areas.
• Handle backloaded materials and ensure proper inspection, labeling, and storage.
• Support production by safely moving pallets and materials as required.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance (battery, lubrication, etc.).
• Complete daily checklists and report any equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, JSA, and HSE guidelines at all times.
• Assist with emergency or additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Forklift Operator License (up to 30 Ton) – mandatory.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse/forklift experience.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Physically fit; able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Should have forklift license , 12 hr shift, 6 days a week
• Immediate joining is preferred and should hold Kuwait transferrable residency.
