Job Role:

Responsible for managing contracts and third-party agreements, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting business operations through effective contract administration and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and manage contracts in line with company policies and regulations
  • Handle third-party/vendor agreements and ensure compliance with terms
  • Support contract negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams on contract matters
  • Maintain contract records and documentation
  • Monitor contract performance and address risks/issues proactively
  • Assist in developing contract templates and procedures

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in contracts/third-party management (Oil & Gas preferred)
  • Relevant courses/certifications in Supply Chain or Procurement such as:
  • Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Contract Management
  • APICS (CSCP / CPIM)
  • CIPS Certification (Level 4–6)
  • Institute for Supply Management (CPSM)
