Job Role:
Responsible for managing contracts and third-party agreements, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting business operations through effective contract administration and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and manage contracts in line with company policies and regulations
- Handle third-party/vendor agreements and ensure compliance with terms
- Support contract negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams on contract matters
- Maintain contract records and documentation
- Monitor contract performance and address risks/issues proactively
- Assist in developing contract templates and procedures

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in contracts/third-party management (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Relevant courses/certifications in Supply Chain or Procurement such as:
- Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Contract Management
- APICS (CSCP / CPIM)
- CIPS Certification (Level 4–6)
- Institute for Supply Management (CPSM)
