Basic Function & Scope of Job





  • Lead the sales team in achieving the sales targets in lines with the team targets

  • Ensure consistency in customer service and system compliance.

  • Maintaining system process and ensure customer data is complete

  • Monitoring sales targets of the team by weekly and monthly reports



  • Manage the team in customer follow up and close the deals

  • Deal with customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved

  • Focus on the CSI and ensuring it is achieved

  • Monitor and check for the process and ensure that all transactions like sales, refunds, trade-ins and invoicing is accurate
