Basic Function & Scope of Job
- Lead the sales team in achieving the sales targets in lines with the team targets
- Ensure consistency in customer service and system compliance.
- Maintaining system process and ensure customer data is complete
- Monitoring sales targets of the team by weekly and monthly reports
- Manage the team in customer follow up and close the deals
- Deal with customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Focus on the CSI and ensuring it is achieved
- Monitor and check for the process and ensure that all transactions like sales, refunds, trade-ins and invoicing is accurate
