Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead sales of ECM, DMS, workflow, BPM, smart kiosk and automation solutions and equipment
• Build, qualify, and close a strong pipeline across enterprise and government accounts
• Own complex opportunities with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making
• Deliver forecasts, targets, and revenue growth with disciplined reporting and CRM hygiene
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and verticals, including government, enterprise, and regulated industries.
• Manage and position the relevant product portfolio with strong solution fitment
• Lead the team to achieve individual targets, motivate growth and collaboration
Skills
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise software/ solutions sales
• Preferred 7-10 years in ECM, DMS, BPM, workflow, or digital transformation platforms
• Strong solution-based selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze markets, industries, and customer pain points
• Excellent communication, presentation, and value proposition articulation skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels
• Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
High level of self-motivation, ownership, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
