Store Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the store's budget, including payroll, inventory, and operational expenses.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of approximately 20 employees.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for all store staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure high performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure products are attractively displayed.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Stay informed on new product releases and market trends in electronics, home appliances, fashion, and beauty.

Educational and Experience: 

·     Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

·     Proven experience as a retail manager or assistant manager, with experience managing a team of at least 15 people.

·     Strong background in electronics or home appliance retail is highly desirable.
