Store Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage the store's budget, including payroll, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for all store staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure high performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Work with the merchandising team to ensure products are attractively displayed.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and minimize shrinkage.
- Stay informed on new product releases and market trends in electronics, home appliances, fashion, and beauty.
Educational and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
· Proven experience as a retail manager or assistant manager, with experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
· Strong background in electronics or home appliance retail is highly desirable.
