Role Description

This is a contract Customer Service Officer role located on-site in Kuwait. As a CS Officer, you will be responsible as the following:

  • Answer customer’s calls, enquiries, problems, requests & complaints, and telesell efficiently.
  • Resolve or escalate cases in order to meet SLAs requirements in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with a fast, efficient and professional problem resolution service.
  • Log all problems and their solutions into an electronic Helpdesk package.
  • Inform customers of general issues or scheduled problems if needed.
  • Provide the customers comprehensive updates about their tickets and resolution update
  • Adhering with KPI/process standards to maintain maximum satisfaction by customers.
  • Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.
  • Work at home in case of an emergency.
  • Undertake other duties when required by management.


Qualifications

  • High school and has IT background
  • Good Knowledge in car parts
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
