The Cooperate Sales Manager in Kuwait plays a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and fostering relationships within the construction and manufacturing sectors. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen and industry knowledge, enabling them to navigate the complexities of the market while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to management.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.

  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
