  • Takes potential customer out for test drive.
  • Provides customers with financial rates and availability of vehicle.
  • Provides customer, where required, with best and easy installment methods
  • Closes the sale and advice customers of their administrative contact and ensure that all paper work is complete in preparation for vendors.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction level and prospect new customers
  • Achieves sales objective and contribute to the profitability of business
  • Maintains high level of customer services
  • Ensures that all brand related trainings are completed successfully and required certifications are achieved as per brand standards.
  • Adheres to all the internal and external brand audit criteria as specified by the management and principals.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, local or int'l standards, if applicable and manufacturer directions/guidelines
