Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic culinary plans to align with business objectives, introducing new dining concepts and enhancing existing ones.
- Establish KPIs, SOPs, and monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards in service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee training programs to enhance the culinary skills of staff, identify high-potential talent, and support their growth and retention.
- Analyze menu performance using sales data and customer feedback, refine offerings, and lead new menu testing to enhance appeal.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure high-quality ingredient supply, and develop risk management strategies for food safety and operational challenges.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in the similar role, 3 years of which in a Director level
- Must have a thorough knowledge of research and development concepts and techniques, food handling, HACCP procedures and local health codes
