Position Title:                Corporate Chef (Research & Development)

Employment Type:       Full Time

Salary:                             up to 3,200 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefits

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic culinary plans to align with business objectives, introducing new dining concepts and enhancing existing ones.
  • Establish KPIs, SOPs, and monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards in service and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee training programs to enhance the culinary skills of staff, identify high-potential talent, and support their growth and retention.
  • Analyze menu performance using sales data and customer feedback, refine offerings, and lead new menu testing to enhance appeal.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure high-quality ingredient supply, and develop risk management strategies for food safety and operational challenges.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • 40 years old and below
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the similar role, 3 years of which in a Director level
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of research and development concepts and techniques, food handling, HACCP procedures and local health codes
