  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Answer all incoming calls for appointments and handle caller’s enquiries whenever possible.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Maintain a phone directory of all numbers and extensions pertaining to Andalus Electronics.
  • Register all visitors and maintain a detailed log of visitor and guest entry / exit times and dates.
  • Deal with complaints or problems effectively and promptly ensuring compliance with the set Policies & Procedures of Andalus Electronics, and report the following to Direct Management.
  • Maintain security by providing visitor passes and directions to authorized guests and visitors to various departments.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area and waiting rooms by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Ensure that guests are greeted and well-received, and are effectively guided to waiting rooms or offices.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Management.
