Executive Secretary

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.

  • Proficiently use office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant applications.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
  • Assist in the integration and utilization of new technologies to improve office efficiency.

  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and documents with attention to grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.

Skills

  • Must be Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
  • Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
  • Thorough knowledge of Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant organizational software.
  • Patient, supportive and team worker
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
