Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Tracks the implementation of the Sales Fundamentals within the trade (Stock availability, POG implementations, Shelf Shares, Right pricing & POSM implementation)
- In charge of the allocation / Split of merchandisers within the trade
- Defines and tracks the visit plan for merchandisers based on the customer segmentation & ensures presence in alignment with the Coop SM’s
- Plans the Annual leaves of Merchandisers in alignment with the Coops SM’s
- Meets with the merchandisers on monthly basis to define the objectives of the month and distribute the POSM / Updated POG’s
- Coaches and trains merchandisers during meetings
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
- Performs other tasks as delegated by superior (Stock take, Special project implementations etc…)
- Takes a proactive leadership role in anticipating and resolving emerging problems. Proactively inspects sales activities and efforts among sales team ensuring quality / BIC executions
- Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales team and works to improve team capabilities through coaching, development and training
