يتولى ممثل المبيعات مسؤولية تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التجارية الميدانية للعلامات التجارية ذات الأولوية المحددة داخل منطقة معينة. ويركز الدور على التواصل عالي الجودة مع العملاء، والتنفيذ الفعال للخطط التكتيكية وخطط العلامة التجارية، وتوليد الطلب، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المتفق عليها، بما يتماشى مع سياسات نوفارتس، والمعايير الأخلاقية، ومتطلبات الامتثال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ إطار العمل الميداني ICE من خلال تقسيم العملاء إلى شرائح، وتطبيق الاستهداف القائم على القيمة، وتقديم تفاعل مخصص متعدد القنوات، ومتابعة خطط الزيارات القائمة على البيانات، وضمان توثيق الزيارات في الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم تفاعل ممتثل وعالي الأثر مع العملاء من خلال تطبيق الرسائل المعتمدة للعلامة التجارية، والاستفادة من الأدوات الرقمية، والتحسين المستمر للتنفيذ من خلال التوجيه ورؤى الأداء.
- العمل كشريك تجاري موثوق به في المجال العلاجي لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية، وشرح البيانات السريرية والأدلة والاستخدام المناسب للمنتج.
- الاستفادة القصوى من أنظمة الدعم والتمكين التكنولوجي، مثل مقترحات "الإجراء الأفضل التالي"، لتعزيز أثر التواصل مع العملاء.
- جمع ورؤى ميدانية وتفسيرها ومشاركتها حول أفضل الممارسات واحتياجات العملاء وديناميكيات السوق ونشاط المنافسين واحتياجات المنطقة وأولوياتها، لوضع إجراءات لمعالجتها.
- المشاركة أو المساهمة في الفعاليات والاجتماعات والأنشطة الترويجية المحلية بما يتماشى مع معايير الحوكمة.
- التعاون عبر القطاعات المختلفة مع شركاء التسويق للمجال العلاجي، والشؤون الطبية للمجال العلاجي، والقيمة وإمكانية الوصول، والتميز في التنفيذ.
المتطلبات:
- درجة علمية/مؤهل تعليمي في تخصص ذات صلة.
- سجل أداء نجاح مثبت
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال علم المناعة / الأمراض الجلدية
- يفضل وجود خبرة في إطلاق منتجات جديدة
- يفضل وجود خبرة قوية في السوق الكويتي.
- مهارات تواصل قوية، ومهارات تحليلية ومهارات تقديم العروض.
- خبرة راسخة في إدارة وإشراك الخبراء الطبيين المستهدفين (TMEs) بنجاح.

Major accountabilities:
- Execute the ICE field execution framework by segmenting customers, applying value-based targeting, delivering personalized omnichannel engagement, following data-driven call plans, and ensuring timely visit documentation.
- Deliver compliant, high-impact customer engagement by applying approved brand messaging, leveraging digitaltools, and continuously improving execution through coaching and performance insights.
- Act as a trusted therapeutic area commercial partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data, evidence, and appropriate product use.
- Maximize technology enablement support systems, e.g. “next best action” proposals, to enhance customer engagement impact.
- Collect, interpret, and share field insights on best practices, customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and territory needs and priorities, to develop actions to address them.
- Participate in or contribute to local events, meetings, and promotional activities in compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access, and Execution Excellence partners
Requirements:
- Degree/education in relevant discipline.
- Proven successful performance track record
- Experience in Immunology / Dermatology is preferred
- Experience in launching new products is preferred
- Solid experience in Kuwait market is preferred.
- Solid communication skills, analytical skills and presentation skills.
- Established experience in successfully managing and engaging TMEs.
