نحن نبحث عن فني استزراع سمكي ماهر وذو خبرة واسعة في تربية الأسماك والجمبري. سيحمل المرشح الناجح سجلًا حافلًا في إدارة الأنواع المائية، لضمان النمو الصحي الأمثل للكائنات المائية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- خبرة عملية في تربية وصيانة ومراقبة الأنظمة المائية.
- إدارة معايير جودة المياه بما في ذلك مستويات الأكسجين، وpH، وتركيزات المغذيات.
- تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية حسب الحاجة للحفاظ على الظروف المثلى.
- إعداد تقارير كل ثلاثة أشهر، مع تقرير نهائي في نهاية المشروع.
سيتم اختيار المرشحين بناءً على السير الذاتية المقدمة من قبلهم.
سيقوم المرشحون الناجحون بتقديم تدريب للموظفين.
المهارات

Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled aquaculture technician with extensive experience in fish and shrimp farming. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in aquatic species management, ensuring optimal growth and health of aquatic life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in breeding, maintenance, and monitoring of aquatic systems.
- Management of water quality parameters including oxygen levels, pH, and nutrient concentrations.
- Implementation of corrective actions as needed to maintain optimal conditions.
- Preparation of reports every three months, with a final report at the end of the project.
The selection will be based on the submitted resumes of the candidates.
Successful candidates will provide training for staff.
Skills
Extensive hands-on experience in fish and shrimp farming.
- Strong background in aquatic species management.
- Experience in breeding and maintenance of aquatic systems.
- Knowledge of water quality management.
