Key roles & responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Pick-up and delivery: Responsible for the punctual and professional collection and delivery of all guest laundry and dry-cleaning items.<\/li>\n

Marking and recording: Count and verify all items collected against the laundry list provided by the guest. Ensure guest names, room numbers, and item counts are accurately recorded to avoid discrepancies.<\/li>\n

Item inspection: Thoroughly check garments for any existing damage, stains, or items left in pockets (e.g., jewelry, cash) and report these to a supervisor immediately before processing.<\/li>\n

Adherence to brand standards: Ensure all procedures and quality standards are strictly followed during the pick-up and delivery process.<\/li>\n

Guest request fulfillment: Confirm that specific instructions\u2014such as folding trousers, light starch, or folding shirts\u2014are perfectly adhered to.<\/li>\n

Administrative support: Accurately record guest and staff laundry charges and assist with tracking staff uniforms in a timely manner.<\/li>\n

Operational assistance: Carry out general valet services as needed, including the delivery of fresh linen and assisting with inventories.<\/li>\n\n
