Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing Location: Sudan Industry: 5-Star Hotel
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy of a 5-star hotel in Juba. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and enhancing the hotel’s market presence. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead corporate, government, leisure, and group sales initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team. Requirements:Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies and revenue generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. International hospitality experience is preferred.
