Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control measures. Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Support internal and external audits. Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements. Supervise and guide the finance team.
Desired Candidate Profile
M.Com or MBA in Finance. 510 years of finance experience in the hypermarket/retail industry. Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
