Job description
Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of the team that is responsible for the maintenance of HVAC / Fire Fighting / electrical/ Mechanical / MHE’s / Civil works
- Monitor and control parts supplies and equipment as required
- Assist the technical team in analyzing and solving problems
- Organize planned preventive and corrective maintenance of all trades
- Monitor all work activities and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, etc
- Coordinate with team, follow up and respond to the emails.
- Prepare all necessary documents and statement, technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
- Submit update schedules of project status, etc.
- Prepare report related to the project status.
- Manage budgeting and costing for each specific facilities management function.
- Create and manage a system for material procurement, storage, and dispatch based on bar code scanning and software
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
- Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
• Technical report writing skills
• Background in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles, and experience in controlling cost, labor, material, equipment, etc
