Job description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily quick service operations (oil changes, tire services, inspections, minor repairs)
  • Monitor service progress to ensure fast and efficient job completion without compromising quality
  • Supervise and support service advisors and quick service staff
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and service bays
  • Coordinate with parts department to maintain parts availability for quick service operations
  • Maintain productivity and turnaround time KPIs for quick service lanes
  •  Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure rapid resolution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
  • Recommend process improvements to improve speed, quality, and customer experience
  • Achieve departmental revenue targets while maintaining service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure service advisors are informed of the latest technical updates, maintenance standards, and specifications to support accurate service recommendations and quality delivery.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational automotive training preferred     
  • Valid Driving License
  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive service
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
