Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Civil Supervisor oversees and manages the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They coordinate and direct the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

Other Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in their discipline
Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permit
Write Permit to Work, ensuring that all the hazards & controls/precautions are explained to and understood by the affected operators. Approve Isolation Request & Validation and LOTO procedures.
Ensure safe working practices and civil Safety Rules are followed by operators on site.
Administrative tasks
Interface with the Client civil counterpart and with the site Manager as required, promptly identifying areas of concern that may affect progress/quality/cost etc., recommending corrective actions as required.
Take part in daily meetings to report and forecast activities. Liaise with other Construction lead Supervisors
Provide sound technical advice and solutions to a diversity of technical problems within the discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
10+ years Industry experience
Prior Construction work experience, at least 06 years and additional experience in EPCC Projects that involve Engineering / Vendor management
Proven work experience as a lead piping supervisor.
Familiarity with state and safety codes.
Main experience in Oil & Gas project
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Must have a basic knowledge of other disciplines: electrical, mechanical, instrumentation etc.
Kuwait based/ transferable Visa/ Valid driving license
