We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help customers find the right products and deliver an outstanding shop at home experience. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Process sales orders, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
