Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales orders, and follow up on inquiries.
- Ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
