Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on fire engines, rescue vehicles, airport rescue and firefighting (ARFF) vehicles, tankers, aerial platforms, and specialized firefighting vehicles.

Review and evaluate technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, and manufacturer documentation.

Support procurement activities by preparing technical specifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and participating in technical bid evaluations.

Ensure fire vehicles comply with applicable safety regulations, operational requirements, and recognized industry standards.

Recommend fleet upgrades, modifications, and equipment improvements to enhance operational capability.

Support emergency response operations by providing technical assistance when required.

Knowledge in:

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Relevant professional experience in fire vehicle maintenance, emergency vehicle engineering, fleet management, or heavy vehicle maintenance.

Experience with municipal, industrial, military, or airport firefighting vehicles is preferred.
