The Role
This is a hybrid, hands-on role for someone who wants to learn a business from the ground up. You'll rotate across three core functions:
1. Growing Operations
- Follow staggered planting schedules to ensure varieties converge on delivery dates
- Monitor germination, lighting, watering, and hygiene protocols for ready-to-eat crops
- Harvest to gram-weight specs per restaurant order
2. Logistics & Fulfillment
- Pack and prepare orders for same-day/next-day delivery
- Coordinate delivery timing with restaurant kitchens
- Track inventory and flag supply gaps (seed, soil, packaging)
3. Sales & Client Relations
- Maintain relationships with existing restaurant clients (order updates, feedback, issue resolution)
- Identify and pitch new restaurant/hospitality accounts
- Support pricing conversations using our gram-weight value proposition
Skills
•Good communication skills to link between staff and clients
•Able to multi-task and be involved in operation and sales.
•Preferably completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree
•Preferably from India and below 35 years old
•Transferable 18 visa that can join immediately
