Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop FEED packages, including electrical design calculations, datasheets, and technical specifications.

• Review and verify project drawings, datasheets, and technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and standards.

• Perform electrical design calculations, equipment selection, and material specification in line with project requirements.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation engineers, to ensure integrated project delivery.

• Ensure designs meet client requirements, project timelines, and international standards.

• Provide technical support during project execution, including design modifications, clarifications, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure all engineering deliverables adhere to HSE standards, company policies, and applicable codes.

• Support procurement activities by providing technical input for electrical equipment and material selection and BOM.

• Assist in developing project schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports.

• Proven ability to review project drawings, technical documents, audits, and project meetings.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency in engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAB or similar).

• Strong understanding of codes, and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Electrical design within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Hands-on experience in FEED package preparation.

• Strong capability in reviewing and interpreting project drawings and technical documentation.

• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation control systems.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
