درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في القانون (مثلاً ليسانـس، أو دكتوراه في القانون من كلية قانون معتمدة).
خبرة قانونية لا تقل عن 15+ سنة بما في ذلك خبرة كبيرة في قطاع النفط والغاز الإنتاجي. يُفضل بشدة الخبرة في العمل ضمن شركة داخلية (In-house). الخبرة في تقديم مشورة عملية حول قانون البترول الدولي والمسائل القانونية المرتبطة بالجوانب التجارية والمالية والفنية من نشاط البترول الدولي التي تشكل السياق من which يتم من خلاله الاتفاقيات البترولية العليا، بما فيها CAs/NDAs، PSCs/PSAs، FOAs/FIAs، JOAs، اتفاقيات العطاء المشترك، AMIs، Expressions of Interest، Unitization Agreements، Shareholders Agreements، Bids، MOUs، GSAs، عقود EPC وFEED، عقود الشراء والبيع، اتفاقيات توازن الغاز، اتفاقيات الإيجار، حقوق المسار، اتفاقيات استخدام السطح، واتفاقيات الخدمات الرئيسية، من بين أمور أخرى الخ."

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law (e.g., LLB or J.D. from an accredited law school).
Minimum 15+ years of legal experience including considerable experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Sector. Strong preference is recognized for experience working corporate inhouse. Experience providing practical advice on international petroleum law and related legal issues relating to commercial, financial and technical aspects of international petroleum work forming the context from which upstream petroleum agreements, including CAs/NDAs, PSCs/PSAs, FOAs/FIAs, JOAs, Joint Bidding Agreements, AMIs, Expressions of Interest, Unitization Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Bids, MOUs, GSAs, EPC and FEED contracts, Sales Purchase Agreements, gas balancing agreements, lease agreements, rights of way, surface use agreements, and master service agreements, among others etc.
