نحن نبحث عن مسؤول سلسلة إمداد أول متمكّن ومؤهّل للغاية للإشراف على المشتريات، ومراقبة المخزون، وتنسيق المستودعات، وعمليات اللوجستيات ضمن بيئة التصنيع. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة قوية في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد من البداية للنهاية، وإدارة علاقات الموردين، وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، مع ضمان عمليات فعّالة مع الحفاظ على الفعالية من حيث التكلفة، والجودة، والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة المشتريات وعلاقات الموردين
- تنسيق عمليات المخزون والمستودعات
- رصد مستويات المخزون وضمان إعادة التوريد في الوقت المناسب
- تنسيق الشحنات المحلية والدولية
- إعداد تقارير سلسلة الإمداد والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
- التوافق مطلوب مع الجنسيات العربية ثنائية اللغة
- خبرة 5-7 سنوات على الأقل في قطاع التصنيع مفضلة
- معرفة قوية ب procurement، إدارة المخزون، واللوجستيات
- إجادة Microsoft Excel وأنظمة ERP
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Supply Chain Officer to oversee procurement, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end supply chain management, supplier relationship management, and ERP systems, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships
- Coordinate inventory and warehouse operations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate local and international shipments
- Prepare supply chain reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
- Requirement open for Bilingual Arab nationals
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
