Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of 15 drivers to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
Analyze customer databases and develop optimized daily and weekly road plans.
Engage in cold calling to acquire new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company profitability goals.
Receive and address client calls; handle complaints and resolve service-related issues effectively.
Respond to emails and take timely action based on customer requests.
Oversee regular maintenance and servicing schedules for all company vehicles.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or administrative role.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Fluent in English, and Hindi (required).
Basic Arabic
Must hold a valid manual driving license.
Must be eligible for sponsorship transfer in Kuwait
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
