Roles & Responsibilities


  • Supervise and manage a team of 15 drivers to ensure efficiency and punctuality.

  • Analyze customer databases and develop optimized daily and weekly road plans.

  • Engage in cold calling to acquire new business opportunities.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company profitability goals.

  • Receive and address client calls; handle complaints and resolve service-related issues effectively.

  • Respond to emails and take timely action based on customer requests.

  • Oversee regular maintenance and servicing schedules for all company vehicles.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or administrative role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • Fluent in English, and Hindi (required).

  • Basic Arabic

  • Must hold a valid manual driving license.

  • Must be eligible for sponsorship transfer in Kuwait

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
