Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to various roles within the organization.
  • Investigate accidents and near misses thoroughly, compiling reports that provide actionable insights and prevent future incidents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures and procedures, adjusting them as necessary to enhance workplace safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a safety role, ideally within [specific industry such as construction, manufacturing, etc.].
  • Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable to demonstrate expertise in safety practices.
  • Proficient in safety management software and tools for tracking incidents and compliance.
