Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing spare parts and materials. Manages inventory, maintains records, supports stock coordination, and ensures compliance with company procedures. Performs store operations and any specialized tasks assigned by the Warehouse Controller/Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record stock items in ERP/ other system.
  • Verify supplier deliveries against PO/packing list and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper packing, documentation, and issuance of outgoing items.
  • Manage returns of damaged/canceled items as per QC instructions.
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain stock levels and avoid overstocking.
  • Store, categorize, label, and update item records accurately in the system.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate indents, receiving reports, and purchase requests with approvals.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Supervise store staff and maintain proper housekeeping and theft control.
  • Work Schedule & Shift - 6 days a week, 12 hours

Skills

  • High School or Diploma in Warehousing/Supply Chain (preferred).
  • 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse/store operations ((Oil & Gas industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and storage systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong numerical skills (metric & imperial systems knowledge).
  • Physically fit
  • Strong organizational skills, deadline-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Professional attitude with leadership and confidentiality awareness.
