What you will be doing

* Drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, venues confirmation and making arrangements.
* Drafting letters, emails and communications on behalf of the Department, as requested.
* Establish and maintain good relationships with all authorities/stakeholders/internal staff.
* Handle confidential and non-routine information with extreme confidentiality and sensitivity in the dissemination of this information.

Required Experience

* At least 5 years of experience in administration and secretarial tasks in a business development / Marketing department at a similar A/E Consultancy firm.


Education

* Bachelor's degree in business management or an engineering field.


Certifications & Memberships

* Certifications in change management, project management, business transformation, or data analysis are desirable (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma, PMP).

Essential Skills

* Should be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Bilingual candidate will have an added advantage.

* The departmental Coordinator will be responsible for all business development and administration tasks of the business development team as outlined later in this document
