Lumora Clinic, a dermatology and aesthetic medical clinic in Sharq, Kuwait City, is hiring a Female Call Center Agentto handle patient communications and support clinic operations.
Answer and handle inbound phone calls professionally.
Manage patient appointment bookings, confirmations, and reschedules.
Provide accurate information about dermatology and aesthetic services (e.g., skincare treatments, injectables, laser services).
Follow up with patients before and after treatments as required.
Address patient questions or concerns calmly and professionally.
Coordinate with the reception team and medical staff to support smooth clinic workflow.
Maintain confidential patient records and uphold privacy standards.
Skills
- Female candidate only (as per current listing).
- Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written); English fluency is a strong plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, clinic front desk, or similar role.
- Good understanding of dermatology/aesthetic terminology (advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and working under pressure.
- Basic computer and appointment-booking system skills.
