PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily communication and coordination with MEWRE’s three (3) power stations: Al-Zour South, Doha East, and Shuaiba, based on project managers’ instructions. • Reporting project progress and site matters daily via mobile phone and/or email to project managers. • Managing and scheduling gate pass arrangements for Toshiba visitors, technical advisors, or contractors to ensure timely access to all three power stations. • Coordinating logistics and scheduling deliveries to all three power stations. • Preparing minutes of meetings in English promptly and reporting to TPSK management after attending customer meetings at the power station. • Acting as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and consultants (if applicable) regarding document control matters. • Coordinating with suppliers for travel arrangements, including flight booking, hotel accommodation, car rental services, and site gate passes. • Supporting document filing, archiving, and retrieval in accordance with company policies. • Assisting with preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence in both Arabic and English. • Following instructions from project managers and, when necessary, personally visiting power stations to provide on-site administrative support. Ensuring timely reporting of activities, seeking clarification from the project managers whenever required, and carrying out tasks without delay. • Executing any additional tasks assigned by the manager in support of project activities.
Skills
EXPERIENCE • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as an administrative support, particularly for the engineering, procurement, construction for power industries sector, • Knowledge of engineering terminology and document types and • Prior experience dealing with government ministries or public utilities in Kuwait is an advantage. LICENSE • Valid driving license in Kuwait is mandatory SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Superior attention to detail and strong work ethics. • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal). • Advanced computer skills and strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams, suppliers, and government representatives. • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and adaptability to multicultural work environment
