Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive safety audits and assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace, utilizing risk assessment tools to recommend effective control measures to mitigate risks.
  2. Membership with KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) is mandatory
  3. Develop and implement safety training programs for employees, ensuring that all staff are well-informed about safety protocols and emergency procedures to foster a safety-first culture.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  5. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes, preparing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences and improve overall safety performance.
  6. Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management to enhance safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
  7. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to guide organizational policies.
  8. Facilitate regular safety meetings and workshops to engage employees in safety discussions, promoting a culture of open communication and shared responsibility for safety.
