Sales and Distribution Manager

We are a growing wholesale company in the travel goods / luggage sector, expanding our distributor network in Kuwait with plans to scale regionally.


We are looking for a Commercial Sales & Distribution Manager to lead market entry, sign distributors, and manage trade relationships. This role is hands-on, revenue-driven, and performance-based, with strong upside for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, approach, and onboard distributors in Kuwait
  • Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, MOQs, payment terms, territories)
  • Close distributor agreements and manage ongoing accounts
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand


Skills

Requirements


  • 5+ years experience in wholesale, consumer durables, travel goods, or distribution
  • Proven experience dealing with distributors
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and commission
  • Kuwait market experience required
