Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans tailored to specific brand categories (FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, White Goods) to
achieve commercial objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across all sectors to identify trends and opportunities, informing brand positioning and
campaign development.
- Manage the entire marketing mix and tactical execution for new product launches and seasonal campaigns across all represented brands.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, content, SEO, email) and traditional channels (in-
store POS, print, OOH).
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral and brand assets, ensuring consistency and compliance with global brand guidelines for each
distinct brand.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal creative teams to develop compelling, high-quality content for all marketing touchpoints.
- Manage the execution and optimization of performance marketing channels (PPC, paid social) to drive qualified traffic, leads, and in-store footfall.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social reporting), providing actionable insights and
reports to senior management.
- Oversee the management of the CRM system and support the implementation of targeted customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Work closely with Brand Management, Sales, and Retail Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support sell-through and in-
store experiences.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, media partners, and local agencies, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of marketing
- services.
- Manage and track the marketing budget for assigned categories, ensuring all spend is optimized and providing a clear ROI analysis.
- Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting for all marketing expenses.
Educational and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG, Retail, or a multi-brand/multi-category company.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans that drive commercial results.

· Proficiency in market segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning across multiple categories.
· Proven experience in executing integrated campaigns (digital and traditional).
· Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email/CRM platforms.
· Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present strategies and reports clearly.
