Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, fresh juices, and other beverages.
- Assist in preparing and displaying sweets and snacks.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Operate the cash register / POS system and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, including tables, counter, and equipment.
- Refill stock, manage inventory, and assist with daily opening/closing duties.
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints politely
Skills
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, juice bar, or similar environment preferred (training provided for right candidate).
- Basic knowledge of coffee, beverages, and snacks.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
