A. Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic software Application Account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Application Development and Integration solutions, with a focus on eservices and Digital Transformation Solutions, Process Automation, Digital Signature, Correspondences Management System, IA Chatbots, and Mobile Apps.
This role requires a strong technical background, an established network, and a proven track record in selling complex application solutions.
B. Accountabilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
- Understand and meet customer needs by proposing appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and enhance sales team processes.
- Mentor junior sales staff.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess strong knowledge in application development and integration.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Market Understanding:
- Have a deep understanding of the GCC/Kuwaiti market and culture.
- Adapt sales strategies to align with regional and cultural nuances.
- Leverage knowledge of the local market to gain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Close follow-up and support of the PM during project execution.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, market trends, and sales outcomes.
- Analyze market strategies and adjust to meet targets.
C. Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large deals and meeting sales quotas.
- Strong technical background with an in-depth understanding of application solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, Hospital Information System and other software applications.
D. Experience:
- 5/- Years experience in sales, specifically in application development and integration.
E. Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
