About the Role
The Business Development Executive will contribute to the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting cross-departmental projects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include tracking market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics, collaborating with team members, and maintaining clear documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and the capacity to work under pressure.
About You
The company seeks candidates with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and attention to detail.
- Skilled in project management and data analysis.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
- Preference will be given to Kuwaiti Nationals.
